223.500 is the call channel

223.40-223.52 is the simplex range

 

 

Press and hold f step #1 set to 5

 

P1 and p2 up and down

 

#8 band set to 25

 

P3 to close

 

P3 toggle vfo/channel

choose vfo for now

 

P4 set offset press and hold press and hold for -+

 

P5 for tone press until t comes up vfo dial to set sub audible tone *(This line not needed for these repeaters)*

 

Press any key to exit

 

To store

 

Press f

 

M and a number come up

 

Turn to blank channel then p3 to save  (*blank channel:  M and number flash*)

 

for funtions Press and hold f    p3 to close
